Immigrant Registration

Executive Order 14159

BEWARE:

This is an enforcement tool that DHS is using to identify possible deportation targets. Before making a decision, it is advisable that you consult with a trusted immigration attorney to learn about potential risks involved if you register. Remember, you have the constitutional right to remain silent, talk to an attorney and to not sign anything if detained.

What is Registration? On January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14159 ordering an implementation of Immigrants Registration and more.
