OUR TEAM

The Los Angeles Mongolian Community (LAMC) has experienced significant growth and transformation over the years. Initially managed by nine dedicated Mongolian community members, the organization has since expanded to include 12 committed individuals who lead outreach efforts, coordinate planning, and deliver direct services to the community.

In 2022, the organization officially changed its legal name to Los Angeles Mongolian Community (LAMC) and launched an educational program to further support its mission. That same year, LAMC underwent a leadership transition, appointing Batbayasgalan Enkhbold as its new Executive Director. An immigrant from Mongolia residing in Los Angeles, Mr. Enkhbold brings a strong background in IT and holds a Master’s degree in Project Management.

Under his leadership, LAMC secured its first foundation grant from the California Wellness Foundation, enabling the organization to expand and sustain its community services.
